John Paul College
Rotorua|New Zealand
Student downloads or is sent the Application to Enrol, the International Prospectus, the Information Booklet, a Code of Practice Summary and possibly some additional promotional resources. The Application to Enrol is then submitted to the school.
John Paul College (JPC) reviews the application, and if acceptable sends a Conditional Offer of Placement/invoice, Tuition Agreement, Student Profile Form and Student Homestay Booklet. If JPC declines the application, the student will be advised in writing.
After carefully reading all the information provided by JPC, the student and parents complete and sign the Tuition Agreement and return it to the school, along with the invoiced fees. The student and parents must keep a copy of the signed Tuition Agreement. It is helpful to complete and send the Student Profile form as soon as possible.
JPC sends a Confirmed Offer of Placement to the student, which is also their receipt.
The student applies for a student visa, and then advises John Paul College of the details of
the flight he/she will arrive on.
The school’s vetted and approved shuttle service will meet the student at Auckland airport or alternatively a connecting flight to Rotorua can be arranged. The student will be welcomed to the city and taken to his /her home-stay. A comprehensive Orientation Programme will be conducted on arrival at John Paul College and only when fully prepared, will the student be integrated into the classes.
